i started a new diet/eating regimen last week called a 'slow-carb diet' (i will have a post explaining what it is on tuesday - so check back!) and part of it is that you are supposed to cheat 1 day per week! my cheat day of choice is saturday, and i wanted to share with you all what i ate yesterday:
breakfast:
scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and chicken sausage

oreo cookie shake a la jack in the box
lunch:
deviled eggs
tater tot casserole with duck gravy
"snack":
2 cranberry mimosas
1 mini cupcake
"other snack":
some grilled asparagus with extremely good creamy death sauce
1 bloody mary
dinner:
shrimp scampi pasta
oreo pizookie from bj's
i love dieting <3
