wedding wednesday

i'll be completely honest with y'all: i'm about 7 and a half months away from my wedding and nowhere near any of the fitness goals i set for myself.

i've posted about it before and it's pretty much common knowledge that every bride goes through an oh shit moment and wants to lose weight before the wedding.

if you troll all the best wedding blogs, you will always see health and fitness tips and tricks when it comes to wedding day shape. however, marry this had a quite different take on things:

keep in mind, they don't mean this in an offensive way, but they do bring up some very good points concerning why it can be dangerous to get crazy about losing weight for the wedding.

you should definitely take a read, but my beyond favorite point the article makes is that a bride never not looks absolutely amazingly gorgeous on her wedding day, regardless of what size or shape she is. now, this doesn't mean i'm not going to try and get my arms into shape (helloooo strapless), but it did make me feel better about how i've been slacking lately. happiness is what makes a person truly beautiful.

Let me know if you need a buddy. I go to 24 hour and have been trying to go at least 3/4 times a week. Even though I am suppose to be going 6 according to the trainer i hired for 3 sessions lol I know you probs have you own super awesome routine but the one I have is not so bad :)
